DeShawn Fogle of E3 Athletic Training and Performance

DeShawn’s journey began with injuries sustained while playing football at the highest levels and exasperated while serving in the military.  His injuries disrupted his active lifestyle and forced him to re-evaluate his approach to training and movement. Through education, research and rehabilitation, he discovered the power of functional movement, mobility, and intentional strength training. This experience ignited his passion for guiding others through E3 Athletic Training and Performance, where he supports athletes in building strength, preventing injury, and achieving their peak physical potential.
